Aimee Hoyt serves as Chief People Officer of Light & Wonder, overseeing the Company’s global people strategy, talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and M&A integration. She works closely with the executive leadership team to build the capabilities and culture needed to support the Company’s continued growth across its gaming, iGaming, charitable and social casino businesses.

Aimee is an accomplished global people leader with more than 25 years of experience across the technology, cybersecurity, life sciences, and gaming industries. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Palo Alto Networks. Earlier in her career, she held senior human resources leadership roles in gaming and technology, including International Game Technology (IGT), and as Chief People Officer at Illumina. There, she helped scale the employee base, advance hybrid-work practices, and support the company’s recognition on the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index and Dow Jones Sustainability Index. Across these roles, she developed broad expertise in talent strategy, organizational transformation, executive leadership and business growth.

Aimee holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
