Light & Wonder Appoints Rohan Gallagher as EVP, Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Gallagher joins L&W from ANZ investment bank Jarden Group

LAS VEGAS – September 25, 2025 – Light & Wonder, Inc. (NASDAQ and ASX: LNW) (together with its subsidiaries “Light & Wonder,” “L&W” or the “Company”) today announced the appointment of Rohan Gallagher as Executive Vice President (EVP), Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, based in Sydney. In this newly created role, Gallagher will be responsible for Investor Relations (IR); Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); and Global Communications.

Mr. Gallagher is a seasoned Investor Relations executive and leading institutional research analyst with experience across multiple sectors, including gaming, and he led the initial institutional coverage of Light & Wonder in Australia. He joins L&W from the Jarden Group as Managing Director within their Institutional Equities group, where he served in leadership roles across Sales, Research, and Corporate Broking functions. Prior to Jarden, Rohan spent approximately four years at Aristocrat as General Manager of Investor Relations & Treasury, more than five years at Ampol (previously Caltex) as General Manager Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs, and 12 years at Credit Suisse Australia.
