At Light & Wonder, we believe in serving as a responsible corporate steward and giving back to the local communities where we do business across the globe. Our contributions, leadership, and volunteer efforts help create stronger, healthier places for our customers and employees to work and live. 

Through our charitable giving and community outreach programs, Light & Wonder gives back to communities on six continents, contributing more than $1 million annually to non-profit organizations that support education and STEAM, environmental sustainability, food insecurities, responsible gaming, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, social impact and equal rights initiatives, homelessness, veterans and military family programs, disaster relief, domestic violence and many other causes. 

Light & Wonder further supports charitable initiatives and our communities through a variety of programs, including direct financial donations, employee volunteer activities, ad-hoc employee/Company match programs, not-for-profit board service, and opportunities to partner with other companies on community fundraising activities. 

We also provide financial support to relevant organizations during times of crisis. We have made donations to support those affected by Hurricane Ida, the wildfires in Greece and the Western U.S., and the Afghan refugee crisis and Ukraine crisis. We also support our military, and women and children that were displaced around the world. In addition, the Company donates to organizations that support social impact issues, such as the NAACP in support of racial equity.

Game Changers Volunteer Program: 

Light & Wonder's Game Changers Volunteer Program allows employees to spend up to eight (8) hours per year of paid time off volunteering to support a charitable organization in their local community. The purpose of the Game Changers Volunteer Program is to support (i) activities that strengthen employee volunteerism, (ii) team bonding opportunities, and (iii) causes that impact the quality of life in the communities where we work and live.
