Game Changers is the Company's global CSR program and an extension of our overall brand, as well as a reflection of our core values in the ways that we serve as good corporate agents, philanthropic in our neighboring communities, supporting DEI initiatives and company culture, environmental stewardship and sustainability, as well as responsible gaming practices within our industry.
Through our charitable giving and community outreach programs, the company has contributed to hundreds of worthy charitable and community causes globally. We are proud to give to organizations that support initiatives such as diversity in the workplace, homelessness, food insecurities, youth education and STEAM programs, environmental stewardship, equal rights and social justice, military support efforts, disaster relief and other local causes that are important to our global workforce.
We are focused on fostering a highly inclusive Company and have identified priorities that advance DEI not only within our walls, but across the global communities where we are proud to work and live. We celebrate diversity, nurture an inclusive culture and foster an inclusive global culture by ensuring we have robust DEI programs woven into our hiring, training, employee engagement and pay equity practices.
As part of our focus on CSR, we have also developed a 5-year ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) roadmap. This strategic plan enables us to thoughtfully and effectively pursue our goals, reach significant milestones and implement impactful global programs, while upholding fiscal responsibility. We are mid-way through our roadmap, and we are proud of the accomplishments we have already seen. In addition to the ESG Roadmap wins, Light & Wonder has already seen progress across several of our CSR pillars in the last 24 months. Through our philanthropic work and regional outreach programs, Light & Wonder’s commitment extends globally, giving back to communities across six continents.
