At Light & Wonder, we are committed to serving as responsible corporate stewards, purpose driven in our efforts, while operating with the best interest of our employees, partners and communities at heart. Our contributions, leadership, and volunteer efforts help create stronger, healthier places for our customers and employees where we live and work. We believe that our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and our Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) priorities are an integral part of shaping our culture and underscore our commitment to be an employer of choice and positive influence in the industry and the communities in which we operate.

Through our charitable giving and community outreach programs, the company has contributed to hundreds of worthy charitable and community causes globally. We are proud to give to organizations that support initiatives such as diversity in the workplace, homelessness, food insecurities, youth education and STEAM programs, environmental stewardship, equal rights and social justice, military support efforts, disaster relief and other local causes that are important to our global workforce.
